We do often feel sad, demotivated, alone, stressed about career, relationships and daily routine matters. It's time to change. One step each day. The life is an exam each day and we have to start taking it seriously. Start our days with smile and live in the present. The more we think about past and future, less we live in present. Use the power of presence.

1. Set realistic goals: Start with small, achievable goals and gradually work your way up. Each accomplishment will boost your confidence. Please avoid social media to set your goals, mostly people confuse themselves by following the trends. We should start with realistic small goals on daily basis or weekly basis. Remember once step each day because consistency is important.

We cannot see in future, but work in present today.


2. Focus on your strengths: Recognize and appreciate your skills and abilities. Make a list of your achievements and refer to it when you need a confidence boost. Achievements could be a smile away. Every morning is a blessing, start early with positive thoughts and a smile. Emotions are originated from memories and people around us. Try to be in the company of good people. Your good company can be a book.

Find each day something good to do.



3. Practice self-care: Take care of your physical and mental health. Get enough sleep, eat well, exercise regularly, and engage in activities that make you happy. Wake up early morning and try to avoid using phones before bed. One way to be happier is to help others. The feeling of satisfaction that arrives is amazing in the heart.

It all starts from inside.



4. Challenge negative thoughts: Notice when you're being self-critical and challenge those thoughts. Replace negative self-talk with positive affirmations. Be thankful to God for the unlimited blessings that we have and others do not. Health, money, food to eat, clothes, relationships etc. Open your eyes to the realities and stop complaining. Always look down to the people having less. We need to stop comparing as per social media brands. We can never be satisfied with such comparison. The greed has no stop.

Best way is to help others and to start reading.




5. Step out of your comfort zone: Take on new challenges and try things that scare you a little. Each time you step out of your comfort zone, you'll grow stronger and more confident. Small challenges like, waking up early, going to bed early, healthy eating, walking etc.

6. Learn from failure: Failure is a part of life, and it's okay to make mistakes. Instead of dwelling on them, use failures as opportunities to learn and grow. Try to improve on daily basis, many things happens in life for a reasons that we do not understand. We need to either change the course or look for other opportunities. Remember if one door is closed, hundreds will be opened. We just need to keep looking. In motion there is blessing.


Its always good to practice new things.




7. Practice good posture: Stand tall, make eye contact, and speak clearly. Your body language can influence how others perceive you and how you feel about yourself. Try to wear a smile while talking. Speak less, because if you speak a lot than people may not listen. Think before you start. This may help to improve your thoughts.

Try to be good with others with smile.


8. Surround yourself with supportive people: Spend time with people who uplift and encourage you. Avoid those who bring you down or undermine your confidence. Do not let people to make fun of you. This may hurt your self-esteem. Take your feelings seriously and others also. This may help you finding good friends or people.

Be around positive people.


9. Visualize success on daily basis: Imagine yourself succeeding in your goals and visualize the steps you need to take to get there. Visualization can help build confidence and motivation. Start thinking that you are half way there. Write your daily journal, think before going to bed.

10. Take care of your appearance and most importantly Tongue: Dress in a way that makes you feel confident and comfortable. When you look good, you're more likely to feel good about yourself and dress up in a modest way. We should work on our communicational skills in order to improve our confidence. It may feel hard in start. Remember one thing inside beauty matters more than out side beauty. The way we talk can influence others and can effect our relationships. People are more likely to sit around you if you make sense. Remember showing off will result in fake relationships and with zero self-improvement. Always speak the truth.


11. Focus on Solutions: Instead of dwelling on problems, focus on finding solutions. Shift your energy towards what you can control and take proactive steps to improve your situation.



Remember, building self-confidence takes time and effort, so be patient with yourself and celebrate your progress along the way. Remember your thoughts and feelings are important. Start caring and loving your-self.
